Sarah started Suzuki violin--her choice--at three. She became proficient at noodling around on folk music by hanging with my friends, developed Celtic chops from her love of the music, was the Royal Fiddler for the Bristol Renaissance Faire from age 13 to 19, and played with the Chicago Youth Symphony. She went to Berklee College of Music and picked up jazz. All of these music skills somehow fit her to get picked up as the fiddler for a Nashville country rock all girls band. She travels 250 days/year.

My son-in-law is a professional juggler. I love the look on the faces of the more traditionally career-minded when I brag on the two of them!

My youngest (21) who lives in Nashville across the street from her big sister, is a waitress. And really, she loves the job so much that I am proud of her ability to be such an enthusiastic server. Someone has to do the job, right? So kudos to her for being awesome about it!

My middle daughter is in her final semester of college--doing the exchange student program in Warsaw, Poland. We have no idea what she will end up doing next, but whatever it is, she will kick ass at it, I am positive.
