Yes, I love powers!Sam and I'm sure he didn't need the feather to fly. Sam has a lot of reasons to fear having powers and so he has them locked down super tight. I was glad to allow Dean to sleep at least once during s9. :P
I really loved that the Peri knew and respected Sam for who he was. It is good to have a pleasant supernatural character for a change. :)
