Looking up the lyrics, most sites have one version but I found at least one site that hears what I hear in the first stanza. It's probably wrong, but I would love it if it were right.

are you okay with Sam getting tied up and really well beaten? perhaps a little blood play? Dean needs to reclaim him from Lucifer in a dirty porn fashion if that would work for you. Otherwise, I lean toward Sarah Blake for Sammy.

Do you do earlier Doctors? If so, how about any previous Doctor/Rose pairing, he's trapped, Rose knows who he is and saves him, and there's an attempt at seduction. If the seducer succeeds is up to you, but success would be preferred, obviously.

If not, then Rose/Nine, and a VERY nice, if belated, thank you for that lovely bicycle. :-P

I haven't seen any of S7 SPN, so perhaps something from the classic!D/C files (S4ish)? like, a case!fic wherein Sam is is snarky & a genius, Dean's brute force gets him into a massively bad situation/wicked hurt, & Cas isn't too keen on being at the Winchesters' beck & call... but he shows up anyway & is shocked to find out just how upset Dean's current state makes him feel. & then they smooch or something :P
