SPN 9.1 partial transcript.
Oct. 10th, 2013 09:59 pmIn preparation for ficcing, I often rewatch and transcribe. Here is my Hael transcript in case anyone would like to peruse it. :) These words of course, belong to the makers and owners of Supernatural, not me, and are transcribed here out of love and not for profit. Episode 9.1 "I think I'm Gonna Like it Here" was written by Jeremy Carver. Thanks dude!
H: I know you.
C: I don't think so.
H: Castiel. We met in Heaven. My name is Hael.
C: You're an Angel.
H: Am I? What's an Angel without its wings?
—
H: It was a normal day, and then just... dark. And then I was just... falling. How could that happen?
C: I don't know.
H: Your grace, it's gone?
C: I can still hear Angel radio though.
H: Then you've heard them, our brothers and sisters, many still circling for vessels, most just so afraid.
C: There's nothing to be afraid of, I can assure you.
H: In heaven there was order, there was purpose.
C: Believe it or not there may be something even better down here.
H: I don't understand.
C: Opportunity for you, others who've fallen, to finally do what you would like to do, not just what you've been told.
H: And what would I "like" to do?
C: You tell me. If you could do anything, what would it be.
H: There's a place. I built it when I was last here, many years ago. The Grand Canyon.
C: The Grand Canyon. Yes.
H: I - I would like to see that.
C: Let's go see the Grand Canyon then.
—
Castiel to Dean: Some are just looking for direction. Some are just lost. I've met one. I think I can help her, Dean. And do what? —just abandon them all?
—
H: I don't understand. I'll come with you. We can see your friend together.
C: It's complicated. It's best if I go alone. My friend he needs my help.
H: I need help.
C: You can do this Hael. This is your chance— to help people, help yourself.
H: (denies)
C: I'm sorry.
H: bashes Cas with a 2x4.
—
/Cas awakens in the truck. Hael is driving with her sword out on her lap./
H: You understand that I couldn't just let you leave. I'd be lost without you Castiel.
C: Yes, I'm beginning to see that.
H: It's the least I could ask of you, considering... well... this is all your fault, isn't it? making the Angels fall? So. We'll drive to the Grand Canyon, you'll tell me more about humans, and I'll show you what I'm capable of. We're going to become more than just friends Castiel.
We're going to become one.
C: You want to possess me.
H: Your vessel is strong. This one won't hold me much longer. You were right Castiel. With us together, I think I could learn to like it here.
/Cas puts on his seatbelt and grabs the wheel to wreck the truck/
C: Groaning, Cas exits the truck and gets Hael's Angel Sword.
C: I don't want to hurt you. I didn't want to hurt any of them. I want to help you. I will devote my life to helping you all.
H: Do you know how ridiculous you sound? help Angels, after what you did? They don't want your help, Castiel, they want your head.
C: You're wrong. I'm one of you. I will never stop being one of you.
H: Don't you get it? Together I can protect you, Castiel.
C: I don't need you. I don't want your protection.
H: If you leave me here in this broken girl, I swear it, Castiel, I will tell them where you are, and they will hunt you! Until their last breath they will seek revenge on the Angel that did this, who destroyed Heaven.
C: Stop.
H: They will seek a vengeance on you that will make God striking down Lucifer seem like child's play!
C: Stop it.
H: I will go on Angel radio and tell them everything unless you open your heart. Say yes—
Castiel stabs her.
/Cas goes to the Laundromat and strips down to his boxers, but before he puts the coins into the machine, he sees a snack machine with drinks. Under a sign marked FREE he sees a basket full of clothes. He emerges from the Laundromat and drinks a bottle of water (as opposed to the water at the gas station where he met Hael that was NOT FOR DRINKING). Behind him is a sign marked MENDING AND ALTERATIONS. /
