After I reveal the collages I made for Valentine prompts, I am going for half-price chocolate!

I love all holidays.  Anything for an excuse to celebrate!   For me, Valentine's day is a great opportunity to celebrate friendship. I saw a beautiful Doctor/Rose vid by silverlunarstar.  I got a great silly supernatural valentine from datenshiblue and quickreaver also made a hilarious one.  flydye8 made a beautiful Valentine of Doctors.  10docandr, tala_hiding, and timelord1 were taking prompts.  I love when we get a chance to be creative and to spread smiles.  Those glass hearts flying all around my flist made me very happy!  Thanks, you all, my info page is SO SPARKLY NOW.  :D Plus, blood gave me an awesome heart userhead! Thanks for making it a great Valentine's day -- and to all of you for being a great flist!  Mwah!

Hi friends, it's that time of year when I start to make Valentines.

I make collage Valentines by cutting things out of catalogs.    I can send you the original by snail mail, or I can email you a scan (they don't always come out perfectly!)

It helps if I get a few categories from you, so please comment with the following:

1 - preferred color or color scheme
2 - favorite animals or mythical creatures
3 - artistic period or school that calls to you  (classical, abstract, tribal, romantic, cottage, eclectic?)
4 - favorite myth, fairy tale, or legend
5 - any other thing or theme you like in a valentine?
 
The Valentines are not usually fannish in nature since I'm not about to cut up my Doctor Who or Supernatural magazines!  But I have a few Think Geek catalogs lying around with some fannish things I could add in (tiny Daleks, Tardises, sonics, that sort of thing....)
